Shipping Policy

Our preferred shipping and handling agent is Sendle, we will work with the Local Sendle Agent in Elizabeth, South Australia.

However, there may be times when Sendle is not available and Australia Post will then be engaged to get your items to your as quickly as possible.

Return & Exchange Policy

Our Aim is not to have any issue of a Return or Exchange, as every care is taken to prevent such an issue, however there is a understanding that as their are 3rd parties involved in delivery damage to items do occur, and I can ensure You, every effort will be taken to resolve any damaged items with the 3rd party.
